NW 14th Street Detour in Effect

Work crews are replacing curb ramps and crossing surfaces.
Detours are active for traffic coming off Highway 101.
Expect flaggers and single-lane closures at night.

Estimated completion: Late February 2026.

D River Welcome Center – Design Update

Lincoln City Council approved an amended $7.15 million design/build contract for the new Welcome Center.
An itemized plan is being prepared and will be released publicly.

Design complete; bids expected June 2026 for relocation between NE 33rd & Holmes.

• NE 17th Street Water Main Replacement
~630 ft of new infrastructure planned for Spring 2026.

• NE 58th Street Reconstruction
Road rebuild with storm systems & ADA sidewalks starting Spring 2026.

• Holmes Road Pump Station Upgrade
Pump station expanded to reduce flooding — completion expected March 2026.

• Nelscott Gravity Main Replacement
~1,900 ft of sewer/water lines replaced — into Summer 2026.

• Radio-Read Water Meter Rollout
Upgrading 10,000+ meters for better reliability & billing — ongoing.

• Lincoln City Welcome Center Project
Amended design/build contract approved; detailed cost plan in progress.
